Han is the second united dynasty after Qing (秦).  It reinforced the system of central controlling power, but it also eased the tax burden on civilians to stabilize the society.  It cultivated the Confucianism, and expanded its terrain to establish the first great territory of China.

Near the front door of the Han Cheng Lake is a huge sculptured figure of the first emperor at Han Dynasty, Han Gao Zu – Liu Bang (漢高祖- 劉邦).
