With approaching of fall to Minnesota, many birds are ready to migrate to the south. hummingbirds are something I have been trying to photograph. With flying speed up to 50 meters (164 ft) and flapping their wings up to 70 times per second, it is very challenging to get them into a picture frame.
This Saturday morning, I went to a flower garden where some hummingbirds were hanging around. Wandering patiently besides some flower plants for a while, I finally got some photos of hummingbirds.
During the time I following those little beautiful angles around, I also observed their unique skills: stopping in the middle of air and flying backwards. Photography indeed teaches me something new each time.
