Banquet in Chinese Style

My colleague and friend – Michelle is not only an outstanding data scientist and a baking master (here is the moon cakes she baked couple of months ago), but also she is an excellent cook.  Last night we get together to enjoy her cooking skills.

Here are a few dishes she made for us.

Starting from the top left: roast duck, chicken strips, vegetarian duck (made of tofu), stir fried shrimp in tomato sauce, rib and pumpkin soup, steamed asparagus in garlic sauce. stir fried celery with dried tofu, rice steamed in pumpkin, rice cake dessert).

These delicious dishes could be only tasted at high – end restaurants at China during holiday season.  What an amazing experience to have them in our own kitchen, it is truly Magic

By the end, we were all so happy!
