Today is the last Friday on January, which marks the end of another crazily busy week and another crazily busy month.
Every Friday is enjoyable, not only because it starts a relaxing weekend, but also because I can dress casually and show up at work with makeup – free face.
Working as a quantitative analyst, each day I spend many hours in front of computer screen to crunch large volume of data and build statistical models. As a result I have to keep my left brain working hard all day long.
Besides being a professional data scientist, I am also an amateur photographer. The advantage of artistic sense provides me with opportunities to exercise my right brain. So I often carry my DSLR camera during workday to capture anything along the way which attracts my eyes, touches my soul or strikes my imagination.
Here is something I took this morning along highway 394 while riding on the bus.
