A Moon in Rain

臺北月亮橋

Long ago, in a clear night,
a girl and her man met here,
on the arch, above the Moon.

Then they fell for each other madly,
the stars witnessed their first eyelock,
their first hug and their first kiss.

The Moon kept their secrets,
and their hearts ached with love,
after they waved goodbye.

Years passed, in a raining day,
a woman returns on the arch alone,
time flew by but her memory stays fresh.

She listens to the river whispering his name,
she feels the stream flowing down her face,
which is mixing of rain and tear……
